Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound searches.
Conduct structured first-screen interviews to assess fit, skills, and motivation.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers.
Administer and track assessments, evaluations, and background checks.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate ATS records and candidate notes.
Provide clear, timely communication to candidates throughout the process.
