Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

The position is accountable for the delivery of qualified candidates to meet the staffing requirements of Styrotech Corporation (STC) based on the recruitment plan.

S/he will be responsible in generating, building and maintaining strong candidate pool for current and future talent requirements of STC.

Requirements

• Graduate of Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science, or other related discipline.
• With at least three (3) years working experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably from manufacturing and with experience in high volume recruitment.
• Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer is preferred but not required.
• Must have good communication, collaboration and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and can handle multiple search requirements.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
