Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from needs analysis to the arrival of new employees, mainly for our IT positions
Work closely with your client managers to fully understand their goals, challenges and operations in order to develop a personalized candidate attraction and assessment strategy
Use your headhunting skills to discover and attract our target candidates and subsequently assess their potential
Act as an ambassador for Intelcom to provide an unparalleled candidate experience
Cooperate with members of the HR team through our processes
