What You’ll Do

• Own hiring end to end — from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding
• Work directly with the leadership team and business heads to understand what roles we need now (and what’s coming next)
• Hire across teams like:
• Legal & compliance
• Finance & accounting
• Operations, tech, and support
• Proactively source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and good old networking
• Be the first point of contact for candidates and give them a great experience
