Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with organizational needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition approval to job offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
