Position OverviewEnsure the recruitment process of administrative staff based on the authorized HC to support the company's business plan.ResponsibilitiesClose follow up on employees headcount to anticipate recruitment requests.Interview potential candidates by phone, online, and in person to start a hiring process.Through CBI assess candidate competencies, skills and knowledge to obtain profiles aligned to the company's values and vision.Start the hiring process with selected candidate, obtain necessary documentation to enter the system.Follow up on administrative tasks (invoice reception/delivery).
QualificationsPsychology, administration or related field.2+ years of experience in similar areas.Competence-based interview experience.End-to-end recruitment process (production and staff).
