Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description:

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in the Philippines to help us scale hiring across the U.S. You'll run full-cycle recruiting for selected roles, keep our ATS spotless, and deliver fast, high-quality candidate slates—working U.S. business hours.

Where And How You Can Work:

Remote from anywhere in the Philippines. Core coverage: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Pacific or Eastern time with flexibility for manager/team interviews. Independent contractor engagement; collaborate via Zoom, Slack, Gmail, and our ATS.

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake → sourcing → screening → scheduling → offer coordination)
• Build qualified talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray search.
• Run structured phone/video screens; assess role fit; deliver crisp write-ups.
• Keep ATS hygiene tight: post jobs, move stages, tag candidates, capture notes,...
