The ideal candidate has proven experience hiring across multiple levels — from blue-collar workforce to C2-level executives — and can independently drive sourcing strategies while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver talent aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding
• Source candidates through networks, databases, job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess skills, competencies, and cultural fit
