• Actively source and build a strong candidate pipeline through Boolean search, job boards, and social platforms.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from defining hiring needs to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Strengthen employer branding by optimizing career pages and creating recruitment marketing content.
• Track recruitment metrics, recommend process improvements, and maintain efficient recruitment systems and pipelines.
• Assist in HR administrative tasks as needed to support overall HR operations.
