Position Summary:

We're hiring a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our ongoing hiring efforts.

This role will require 2–4 hours per day, depending on hiring volume and active roles.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our hiring pipeline across multiple countries. Your primary focus will be:

• Managing and optimizing Indeed job postings for all active company roles
• Screening incoming applicants
• Conducting Boolean searches to proactively identify qualified candidates
