Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• With at least 1 year experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong background in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Experience using job portals, social media, and ATS platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple requisitions
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is an advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
