Job Description

                    Job Description Carries out recruitment requirements under the Physicians Services divisions. 
Sources CVs for budgeted positions as per Management System for Records (MSR). 
Executes job postings on both internal and external websites and other job portals registered with American Hospital Dubai (AHD). 
Screens CVs as per AHD/Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements through cold calling. 
Enforces Networking (Communicating with Applicants and asking for references) in case of multiple vacancies of similar roles and building up relations with the applicants. 
Conducts initial screening of applicants by cold calling before forwarding them to the concerned department head according to their checklist. 
Updates person profiles with formal communication of same to both department head and employee and updates shared folders within the data files.
