Talent Acquisition Specialist - Physicians

Responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment for Physicians. Advertise, screen, source and coordinate for interviews to ensure the right candidates are hired. Conduct relevant tests and is always updated of the staffing plan of the departments.

Liaise with department directors/heads to identify specific recruitment and selection requirements, regularly.

Carry out recruitment requirements for Physicians.

Source CVs for budgeted positions as per Management System for Records (MSR).

Responsible for job postings on Internal Website /Linked In / and other job portals registered with American Hospital Dubai (AHD).

Screen CVs as per AHD/ Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements through cold calling.

Enforce networking (communicating with applicants and asking for references) in case of multiple vacancies of similar role and building up relations with the applicants.
