Role Description

Overview:

A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the recruitment strategy for an organization. They are focused on attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for critical roles across various departments. Talent Acquisition Specialists typically handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees.
