Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are working with an exciting organisation based in South Melbourne to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is newly created and will work closely with HR to handle full end to end recruitment for a large national workforce. This role would best suit someone who has 2+ years experience in internal Talent Acquisition or someone in Agency Recruitment looking to move inhouse.

The role:

• Full cycle recruitment across corporate roles
• Proactive talent pooling and pipelining
• Partnering with hiring manager for interviews
• Coordinating pre-engagement paperwork, references, offer letters and background checks
• Working closely with HR to onboard new employees

The right candidate:

• Will have 2+ years end to end recruitment experience
• Have experience doing volume recruitment - call centre would be a bonus
