Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, campus recruitment, etc.).
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and issue job offers and employment contracts.
• Maintain recruitment data and generate hiring reports and analytics.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
