Talent Acquisition Specialist (Telecom Industry)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing Telecom operations. This role is primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring Riggers, Telecom Engineers, and other technical and support roles . The position also plays a critical role in employee documentation, including 201 file completion and masterlisting management .

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply , provided they demonstrate strong initiative, organizational skills, and willingness to learn. The successful candidate must be able to start immediately .
