Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process, identifying and hiring top-tier talent to meet organizational growth goals. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while optimizing recruitment metrics and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Proactively identify and attract candidates through diverse channels, including social media (TikTok, Instagram), job boards, and local community outreach.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a Point of Contact (POC) for hiring managers to define role requirements, provide market insights, and manage interview expectations.
