Talent Acquisition Specialist (Third-party Contractor)

About the TeamYou will be supporting our Trust & Safety business. Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. We are looking for talented individuals to join the Talent Acquisition team for a 12 month contract position based in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities: 1. Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with TikTok people strategies 2. Partner with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines 3. Use networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join our team 4. Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as soft skills
