Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on product recruitment to join our team, reporting directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition.

Job Duration: 6+ months

Job Location: Toronto, Canada (3 days Onsite)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Full cycle recruitment experience in product roles (ideally agency and in-house) with high volume (20+ requirements on at a time).
• Stakeholder management experience - experience dealing with senior stakeholders who may be challenging/demanding - strong communication/influencing skills vital.
• Ability to prioritize workload when working high volumes that will include complex cases roles (roles that need sourcing, immigration, working with total rewards, etc.).
