Talent acquisition specialist

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist who will lead full life cycle recruiting efforts. Partnering with hiring managers, you will build and execute sourcing strategies that identify, attract, and hire diverse candidates to support all business units.

Responsibilities
Working closely with Director TA, Department heads and Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position, and meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations
Proficient in creating, reviewing, and designing the Job Descriptions and posting these job descriptions on various job boards, social media, internal ATS and other possible channels.
