Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Oversee employee performance evaluation processes and support performance review cycles
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent and performance records
- Optimize recruitment and performance management systems and tools

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
