Job Description
- Recruitment for (IT market) for both permanent and contract to hire.
- Source and validate the candidate as per JD received from multiple sources like Job Portals / references / social media .
- Client SPOC handling , requirement management .
- Ability to understanding the JD and skills mentioned in JD is must have.
- Need to submit only quality CVs to all our premium clients that we work for.
- Headhunting and searching the CVs from alternate sourcing medium like LinkedIn and X-ray search.
- must be a team player and in a competitive environment where monthly and quarterly targets on recruitment will be there.
