We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Admin to support recruitment and HR operations across both Overlanders Manufacturing and Hansen Industries. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for skilled trades, production staff, and professional roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future workforce needs. In addition to leading end‑to‑end recruitment, this position will support a range of HR administrative functions, helping maintain smooth daily operations within the HR department.
