About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers).
• Use job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing to attract qualified talent.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume and urgent positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and endorse shortlisted applicants to hiring managers.

Coordination & Candidate Experience

• Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates from application to onboarding.
