Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Staff is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates to meet the organization’s manpower needs. This role involves sourcing, screening, and endorsing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Staff also assists in building talent pipelines, maintaining recruitment reports, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, BSBA or any equivalent
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment
• Good communication skills
• Keen to details
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Can start ASAP!
