Talent Acquisition Supervisor/ Team lead

Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead a team of recruiters in Singapore, China, and Taiwan, supporting manufacturing plant hiring and corporate roles across India, Vietnam, Singapore, Turkey, the US, etc. This role manages an international recruitment team and partners closely with corporate stakeholders to drive workforce planning, strengthen talent pipelines, and ensure compliant hiring practices across jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in manufacturing hiring environments and is comfortable operating in cross-border, fast-paced production settings. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders and department heads to understand manpower planning. Provide hiring forecast visibility and risk assessment to leadership.
