What is this role, really?
This is not a traditional recruiter role.
As Talent Acquisition (Technical Recruiter) , you are a co-builder of founding teams. You help founders assemble exceptional crews that determine whether a venture breaks through - or breaks down.
You will work closely with founders and build leaders to identify, court, and close key tech talent at the moments when timing, trust, and judgment matter most. At the same time, you will play an active role in shaping and reinforcing our culture. You are equal parts researcher, advisor, closer, and steward of Liminal’s culture and reputation.
