TALENT ACQUISITON SUPERVISOR LATAM

Supervise and coordinate recruitment and selection processes for administrative and operational personnel, ensuring the attraction of qualified talent, efficiency in hiring times, and compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and applicable labor laws. This contributes to strengthening the employer brand and talent retention through effective and culturally aligned selection practices.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• LATAM Recruitment (Exempt employees):
• - Attraction and selection processes across LATAM locations (Mexicali, Cartago, Cd Juarez).
• - Collaborate with regional leaders to define recruitment strategies.
• - Coordinate attraction campaigns, job fairs, and university partnerships.
• - Manage recruitment KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions.
