**Location: Mexico / Hybrid work**About the position*****As our Talent Acquisition Specialist North LatAm you will support the business in recruiting the best talent to help us grow our business and you are an integral part of the local HR team as well as the global TA team.We work for Clusters which means you recruit across all functions, including Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, IT & Finance, flexing your approach depending on the role and time frames.You'll have around 20+ roles on average but you'll need to be ready to juggle more in busier periods.Next to the day to day TA activities we discuss your areas of interest and will assign a project for you to own, this could be a process, tech implementation or a system owner.Very curious to hear what ...
