This role offers hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end rewards projects, market benchmarking, pay structure design, and HR analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Compensation & Benefits and Rewards projects
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
• Assist in pay structure design, job evaluation, and grading exercises
• Analyze payroll and HR data to generate actionable insights
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and dashboards
