Key Responsibilities:
Support delivery of HR consulting services focused on compensation & benefits
Collect, review, and validate client data for accuracy and analysis
Coordinate with clients to resolve data queries and provide solutions
Analyze compensation datasets and develop reports and insights
Assist in designing compensation structures, incentives, and benefits plans
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
Contribute to proposal development and client deliverables
