The Talent & Capability (T&C) Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping the region’s talent agenda by translating business priorities into high-impact talent and capability solutions. Partnering closely with local and regional People Partners and business leaders, this role ensures that talent practices, programs, and processes directly enable business performance while remaining aligned with global frameworks. The T&C Partner also collaborates closely with the Global Talent & Capability team to design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑wide initiatives that build critical capabilities, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support long‑term organizational success, including the development of early‑career talent.
