Key Responsibilities

• Department Strategy & KPI Ownership: Set the department direction and performance system that turns influencer/talent operations into measurable revenue outcomes. Build KPI discipline across sourcing, activation, conversion, and retention, and ensure the team consistently delivers against targets through clear priorities and corrective action.
• Revenue Planning & Commercial Enablement: Own the monetization engine for influencer and talent partnerships by translating business targets into sellable packages, pricing logic, and revenue plans. Ensure the team’s daily execution directly contributes to measurable income outcomes through structured offers, clear commercial terms, and scalable partnership models.
