Job Title: HR Manager

📍 Location: Mumbai

💰 Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

🗓 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

⏰ Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s overall HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and oversee all HR functions while advising the leadership team on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and drive initiatives to build a positive and productive work culture.
• Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective performance and delivery.
• Handle complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including coordination with vendors and internal HR teams.
• Source candidates through headhunting, job portals (especially Naukri), referrals, and internal databases.
