Talent Aquisition Specialist - IT Staffing

**CTG is seeking a skilled and motivated IT staffing talent acquisition specialist to join our team.**

This position will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our organization. This role requires an understanding of the IT staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal team.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Work in conjunction with staffing team to qualify and clarify details of the assignment
+ Identify and recruit qualified candidates from all sources, assess their potential qualifications, and determine appropriate action items
+ Set candidates’ expectations appropriately and coordinate candidate hire date/start date
+ Conduct screen to ensure success in candidate selection
+ Understand pricing model(s) and their components thoroughly; negotiate with candidates and site team
