Talent Assessment Scientist (Mid-Level or Senior)

The Boeing Company’s Global Talent, Development and Employee Experience (GTD&EE) organization has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Assessment Scientist (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the Talent Assessment Science team in either Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. In this role you will own the end-to-end implementation of pre-hire assessments, from stakeholder needs analysis, through job analysis, to implementation and validation. You will serve as a subject matter expert in assessments, supporting business leaders across Boeing with their talent selection needs.

The successful candidate will be capable to independently drive strategy, have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the capability to collaborate effectively with global teams, and have experience implementing assessments from within large organizations.
