CRAG is seeking a Talent Attraction & Academic Officer to provide technical, administrative and operational support for academic programmes, talent attraction initiatives, onboarding processes and career-development activities for early-career researchers.

The position will work closely with the Human Resources Unit, the Projects & International Affairs Office, the Scientific Direction, and the Academic Committees , ensuring smooth coordination of academic procedures, onboarding and mobility processes for researchers.

This position is part of the MAGNET project, funded by the Spanish State Research Agency (AEI), aimed at strengthening CRAG's capacity in international talent attraction, researcher support and academic development.
