Talent Attraction Manager

Talent Attraction Manager for Executive Hiring is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic talent attraction initiatives that enable AboitizPower’s human capital and business goals. This includes building and maintaining a robust pipeline of senior and critical talents aligned with the organization’s future leadership and capability requirements.
This role oversees the end-to-end executive recruitment process—from needs assessment and role scoping to candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation. It involves close collaboration with senior leaders and HR partners to understand talent needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and ensure the hiring process is aligned with the company’s leadership framework and values.
