Talent & Colleague Experience Specialist

We are looking for a part-time Talent & Colleague Experience Specialist to support the Talent Centre of Excellence on day to day activities and projects related to Talent Management, Colleague Experience, Diversity and Inclusion (including Nationalisation), Leadership Development and Employee Wellbeing.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills.

This role is part of the finance team and will be based in our corporate office in Dubai.

• Preparation of annual wellbeing calendars and publish across SME and ensure buy in and up take of events and initiatives through engaging communication plans
• Manage events related to wellbeing (including those hosted by Group such as mental health week, Zero Harm week etc) and ensure communication reach to all employees
