Talent Development & Employee Experience Partner

The Learning & Talent Development and Employee Experience Partner will coordinate / participate in the Design and Implementation of COSENTINO Leadership, learning and Talent Management and Employee Experience programs, mentoring and Coaching, and all Talent and Succession planning processes across the global organization.

Reporting to the Global Talent Development, Employee Experience Manager, s/he will coordinate the Global Talent Management Cycle making sure it is properly followed by all business units
