The Talent Development Officer will play a key role in implementing learning interventions within assigned business units. This role ensures that programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of employees, fostering growth and enabling them to contribute effectively to organizational success. The position likewise ensures alignment and compliance of all Talent Development Policies of Burger King Philippines to Burger King Corporation and Jollibee Foods Corporation.
Conducts and facilitates the annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA), including creating procedures, templates, and recommendations for improving training policies and programs.
Supports Area Managers in identifying capability gaps and training priorities for restaurant management teams.
Designs and develops leadership and technical training programs for officers and specialists, ensuring alignment with competency requirements.
