Job Description

The Talent Development Partner will report into the Head of Talent and Engagement. They will ensure that the Welcome Break Talent programmes such as our Futures Stars Programme, BREAKthrough High Potential programme and our Career Path programme, leadership education, the OKR setting and performance and development review process, are effective in increasing employee engagement and a strong succession pipeline
Responsibilities
Design and implement the Leadership development calendar.

Coordinate and facilitate the High Potential programme from assessment centre to graduation:

Work with the RODs to identify potential delegates for the HiPo programme.

Arrange the High Potential course calendar (including group courses and projects).

Facilitate / arrange the facilitators for the group courses.

Provide guidelines for the projects – including success criteria and deadlines.
