Talent Development Specialist (1-year contract)

We're looking for a detail-loving, can‑do Talent Development Specialist to join the People & Culture team supporting Southeast Asia and Singapore. This role is the operational backbone of the team — you will own programme delivery, learning operations and the Singapore learning experience, making sure every programme runs smoothly, every learner feels supported, and every data point is captured to show our impact. You will work closely with the Talent Development Lead to bring learning and leadership initiatives to life across the region.
