Talent Director (TA & Generalist) – SME Media

Prestigious global media and lifestyle brand with a London HQ and presence across Europe and SE Asia. Founder-led, this is an independent SME outfit with a unique offering and loyal customer base.Reporting to the COO, the Talent Lead will take full accountability for the people function, on both a strategic and operational level across London, Paris and SE Asia. Recruitment, talent management, and engagement are a key focus of the role, as is developing apelling EVP. However, the role will also epass generalist responsibilities including leading on annual reviews, performance matters and partnering with SLT to ensure a business-aligned people strategy. The successful Head of Talent will enjoy working in a creative SME environment and ideally have an appreciation of delivering for a luxury brand.
