• Organize monthly lunch for new joiners and senior leaders.
• Responsible for Day 1 readiness and creating a superlative new joiner experience. This includes collaborating with Hiring Managers to timely identify and prepare workspace. Identifying a Buddy for all new joiners and sending timely email to Hiring Managers and Buddies to welcome new joiners during Onboarding.
• Identify employees and encouraging them to participate in Employee Spotlight by answering a Q&A about themselves, before publishing it on IFZA Connect for employee visibility.
