The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, developing career frameworks, and ensuring future leadership roles—such as senior information leaders—have the advanced capabilities needed to safeguard the organisation.

• Design and implement a clear talent mobility framework outlining career paths, advancement criteria, and growth opportunities for the technical division.
