We are looking for a Talent Management Associate, who will be involved in planning and updating of Assurance resources, engagements, and events.
In this role, you will:
Planning and updating Assurance resource schedule
Planning and allocating Audit staff to job engagements and schedules
Reviewing and ensuring efficient allocation of Audit staff to the job engagements.
Data entry - keying in / updating data in the in-house management system
Plan and facilitate Assurance team bonding events and activities
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
