Job Description
We are seeking an Talent Management Coordinator to join the new Oliver Wyman hub in Lisbon, within Mercer.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Opportunity:
In the role of a Talent Management Coordinator , you will support key processes within the Talent Management Operations remit with a focus on quality of data and entry into the staffing system (Certinia) as well as keeping high levels of accuracy of information within the system. You will support the team with regular reporting and updates as well as identification of areas for improvement.
