Talent Management Executive

You will play a critical role in building the company's workforce by focusing on end-to-end talent acquisition (50%) while supporting talent management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development (50%). This role requires a proactive and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding and nurturing top talent.

You will:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet organisational needs.
• Develop and execute creative strategies to strengthen the employer brand and improve talent pipelines.
• Plan and coordinate onboarding programmes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Support engagement initiatives such as employee surveys, recognition programmes, and internal communications.
